Delaware Brass is a traditional Brass Quintet made up of 2 Trumpets, French Horn, Trombone, and Tuba/Bass Trombone. This is the perfect ensemble for a wedding ceremony, corporate reception, private party, and Holiday (especially Christmas) event. Repertoire for Delaware Brass runs from Baroque to modern compositions, including the great Processionals and Recessionals such as "Trumpet Tune", Wedding March, Trumpet Voluntary, Canon in D, Hornpipe from Water Music, Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin, Rondeau from Masterpiece Theater, and Ode to Joy. The typical performance for Delaware Brass at a wedding ceremony is to share a 30 minute prelude with the church staff organist/keyboardist, play the processionals as necessary; play special ceremony music as required; play recessional; share 30 min postlude (or until the last guest leaves) with the church staff organist/keyboardist.
This provides your guests with entertainment from the moment they enter the ceremony venue until the last guest leaves - a pure touch of class added to your wedding ceremony! Delaware Brass current personnel includes Bill Pritchett and Dave Wisler, Trumpets; Dave Merkle, French Horn; H. Clay Arnett, Trombone; and Will Frazier, Tuba/Bass Trombone.
